Napel Mabrouk
Founder & CEO
With over twenty years of experience as a personal trainer, Napel Mabrouk specializes in one-to-one sessions. He is an expert in psychological motivation and is highly skilled in various training techniques, including muscle mass increase, fat mass reduction, functional training, and posture improvement. Since 2004, he has also taught Hip Hop and Funk dance. Napel is the inventor of several patented sports equipment solutions, developed in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano.
Ingrid Paoletti
Founder & COO
Ingrid Paoletti graduated in Architecture in 1998 and earned her PhD in 2003. She was a Research Associate at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, USA) from 2000 to 2002. Currently, she is a Full Professor of Architectural Technology at Politecnico di Milano, where she coordinates the Material Balance Research group, focusing on innovative and sustainable materials and technologies for architecture.
Ingrid has held several leadership roles within the university, collaborated on international projects, and authored numerous publications in her field. She is also the inventor of several patents, including sports equipment.
Francesco Braghin
Founder & CTO
Francesco Braghin graduated from Politecnico di Milano in 1997 and obtained a PhD in Applied Mechanics in 2001. Since 1999, he has been involved in advanced research on the "Wheel-rail interaction" program at the Department of Mechanics, Politecnico di Milano. Ranked among the top 2% of scientists worldwide, Prof. Braghin is an inventor with expertise spanning mechanics, robotics, aerospace, transportation, sensors, innovative technologies, and sports equipment.
Giovanni Bianchi
Founder & Head of Engineering
Giovanni Bianchi holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with honors from Politecnico di Milano (2022), with a thesis titled ‘A bio-inspired approach to the locomotion of robots’, focusing on the study of underwater locomotion in rays and the design of biomimetic robots.
He is the inventor of several patents for sports equipment.
Emanuele Bianchi
Co Head of Engineering
Emanuele Bianchi graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2023 and is currently a PhD student at the same university. His research focuses on assistive and wearable robotics (exoskeletons).

CMO & Fitness innovation Lead
Igor Castiglia brings over 30 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, with deep expertise in operations management and strategic business development across both B2B and B2C markets. Throughout his career, he has developed a broad perspective on service innovation, product positioning, and strategies for monetization and customer engagement. He is also the inventor of a globally successful fitness product, with more than 250,000 units sold worldwide.
